Relieving Allergies Naturally
I live in Northern Virginia and have suffered from sever allergies for the past 5 years. I had no allergies my whole life and then BAM! Out of nowhere I was totally knocked out of commission, I mean sent home from work because they thought I had the flu!
For the past few years I had to get three shots of Allergy serum in my arms each week just so that I could go outside without my eyes getting itchy and watery. After discovering doTERRA Essential Oils, I learned that using lemon, lavender, & peppermint oil
were able to replace my allergy serum! I made a small vial of the combination of the three and put it on topically over my sinuses every day and had no more allergy issues! After about a month I was able to get it down to only using it every couple of days
